1/3 lb of beef in a Brioche bun with the Forum’s Secret Sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and choice of 2 or 4 toppings. Served with fries. Toppings: cheese, avocado, egg, bacon, caramelized onions, roasted jalapeno.

Preparation:
6 ounces of 60% chuck and 40% brisket grilled to perfection served on a brioche bun with andalouse sauce.
